Registration and User Account
2.1. To use our services, it is necessary to register and create a user account on our website. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
3. Purchase and Sale of Coins
3.1. Our website facilitates the buying and selling of antique collectible coins. However, we are not responsible for the authenticity, quality or condition of coins sold by third parties through our platform.
3.2. The price of coins is shown on our platform and may be subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate information, but do not guarantee the accuracy of prices.
3.3. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to pay the price indicated, as well as the corresponding taxes and shipping costs.
3.4. If you wish to sell a coin through our platform, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information about it. We reserve the right to refuse any sale if we believe that the information provided is false or misleading.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We strive to ship in the shortest possible time. However, we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4.2. The cost and delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process and may vary depending on the recipient’s location and the shipping method selected.
National shipments (Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands):
- Cost 7,00 € (Up to 1kg) / Cost 15,00 € (Up to 20kg)
European Community shipments:
- Cost 30,00 € (Up to 1kg)
International shipments (Rest of the world):
- Cost 50,00 € (Up to 1kg)
The estimated time to receive an order is between 1 and 5 working days from the date of order, depending on the stock of the selected products.
You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
The delivery of an order can take up to 1 to 5 days for Spain.

*To comply with current Spanish legislation, buyers should note that the export of coins over 100 years old requires the issuance of an export license by the Ministry of Culture, regardless of the country of destination. The license will be free of charge for European Union countries.
4.3. We recommend that you inspect the package upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies immediately. If you fail to notify us within a reasonable time, we will not be liable for any damages or losses.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All intellectual property rights on the content of our website, including text, images, logos, designs and trademarks, are owned by 8 REAL or their respective owners.
5.2. Reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorized use of copyrighted content is prohibited without the prior written consent of the copyright holders.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. 8 REAL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our website or the purchase and sale of coins through our platform.
6.2. We strive to ensure the security and confidentiality of information provided by users, but we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of risks related to data security.
7. Modifications and Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We recommend that you check this page periodically for changes.
7.2. We may terminate or suspend your rights to use our website and services at any time, without notice and for any reason.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.

Cancellation, return and exchange policy
Item changes
We offer you the possibility of exchanging the article for another of equal or greater value, paying the difference in price. This exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product (up to January 15 during the holiday season). Refunds will only be made in the event of any imperfection or damage to the item. However, before shipping the product to you, we make sure to check it thoroughly to avoid such circumstances as much as possible.
The cost of shipping will always be borne by the customer. For this reason, we recommend you to use a courier company, as the holder is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during transport. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on freight collect items. If you wish to make an exchange, you must send the item together with its original packaging to the following address:

Return of defective products
If the product has any imperfection or defect, the customer must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. To do so, you can send us an email to devoluciones@realesdea8.com.
The HOLDER shall be responsible for the costs related to the collection of the Product(s) and the subsequent delivery of the new Product(s). This will be applicable only if, after being examined by the Quality Department, the existence of defects or flaws in them is confirmed, and they have not been caused by improper handling by the CUSTOMER or during transport.
The return or replacement of the defective Product shall be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which the HOLDER sends the CUSTOMER an email confirming such return or replacement.
In the event that the Product cannot be replaced by an identical one, the CUSTOMER will be reimbursed the amount paid in full, including courier charges. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the CUSTOMER used when making the purchase. In such case, the CUSTOMER shall return the Product to the shipping address for exchange.
